PAYMENT

All deliveries are subject to approval & confirmation of your credit card. In case you fail to pay for a delivery duly made, the payment may be taken from the recipient after due notice to you. Further any attempted & failed delivery due to wrong address may be charged.

DELIVERY TIME

In case of any order delayed due to Late Credit Card Processing or any extraordinary circumstances, it may be delivered at the next available date with a notice to you but without getting your specific confirmation to this effect.

Also, in case due to some personal reason a recipient refuses to accept the delivery, we shall regard the order as delivered and no refund shall be processed for the same. Our courier and delivery team has full rights to deliver anyone aside from recipient at the specified delivery address. It is often that recipient may not available at said address but any person at the said address can accept the item and sign the delivery receipt. Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.

If recipient’s address is incorrect or recipient is not available, item will not be delivered and no refund will be made.

COMPLAINT AGAINST THE QUALITY OF DELIVERED PRODUCT

If the customer wants to raise a complaint against the quality of product delivered, the customer/recipient is required to provide the image of product delivered within 48 hours of delivery. Based on the nature of complaint Refund and Redelivery shall be processed. Any decision in this regard will be the sole prerogative of the website.
